The Workplace Technology Analyst is responsible for delivering an enhanced digital user experience to support our modern workplace environment. The role includes design, implementation, and advanced technical support of computing device management and related platforms, such as desktops, laptops, cloud PCs, mobile phones, tablets, appliances, audio/video conferencing, and IoT devices. Acts as technical lead for device management projects, monitors platform performance, security, and efficiency, and manages change impacts on end-users. Provides operational support and expertise to BTS staff regarding infrastructure requirements.
Education: Diploma in Computer Science or related, specializing in device management. Microsoft Intune required; ITIL, Cloud, Endpoint Configuration Manager preferred.
Experience: At least 4 years in an enterprise environment with device management, project implementation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Knowledge of TransLink processes is a plus. Valid Class 5 driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs required.
Recruitment involves demonstrating minimum qualifications through interviews. Work schedule is 37.5 hours/week with hybrid work options.
