Details of the role:

  • Location: Ottawa, ON (Onsite)
  • Salary: $23.21/Hour
  • Duration: 3-month contract with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities include:

  1. Greeting visitors warmly, issuing passes, and following security protocols.
  2. Answering calls professionally and creating presentations for various group sizes.
  3. Arranging recreational, dining, and business activities.
  4. Managing work orders for janitorial or maintenance services, and coordinating workplace services like mail and supplies.
  5. Addressing inquiries or complaints professionally and providing solutions.
  6. Organizing and managing on-site events, including securing space, setup, and teardown.
  7. Following security and emergency procedures, and notifying relevant parties.
  8. Coordinating with vendors providing services or goods.
  9. Explaining detailed or complex information within the team, following manager’s directions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to follow work routines and standards.
  • Effective communication skills for straightforward exchanges.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
