Job summary

Rise Social in Drumheller, Alberta, is seeking a Working Leader - Environment to oversee the Environmental Services team, monitor day-to-day workloads, and ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and available. You will develop and maintain staff schedules, assign and check work, and assist with equipment breakdown investigations while recommending repairs.

You will also coordinate quality assurance to guarantee cleaning tasks meet AHS standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Physically capable to walk and/or stand for the duration of your shift, and perform repetitive physical movements.

Your Opportunity:Description:As a Working Leader - Environmental, you will be responsible for monitoring and directing the day-to-day workload of the Environmental Services department and ensuring maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
