Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced and licensed Workforce Software Job Scheduling Lead with 10+ years of expertise to oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of job scheduling solutions within Workforce Software.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of job scheduling processes, system configuration and integrations, and operational alignment to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, optimize workflows, and support ongoing system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Workforce Software job scheduling modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable scheduling solutions.
  • Optimize scheduling workflows to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with labor policies.
  • Provide technical expertise in configuring rules, callouts, shift assignments, ESS, and job workflows.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system integrity.
  • Deliver training and create detailed documentation for end-users and system administrators.
  • Monitor and maintain the scheduling system post-implementation to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of hands-on expertise in Workforce Software job scheduler.
  • Strong understanding of job scheduling, labor compliance, and operational best practices.
  • Proven track record of leading successful Workforce Software implementations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
