As Navacord continues to grow beyond 4,000 employees, we are investing in foundational talent analytics capabilities. We are seeking a highly collaborative Workforce Data Analyst to build our national people data reporting infrastructure and deliver critical insights across our broker partners and corporate teams.

This position will report to the Chief People Officer and collaborate with HR leaders across the country. It will drive consistency in quarterly reporting, support executive decision-making, and lay the groundwork for a scalable data infrastructure tied to our strategic people priorities.

You will be responsible for aggregating workforce data across Navacord’s decentralized network, identifying trends, and helping the HR team make better decisions related to talent, growth, and productivity. This is a hands-on role that will evolve into a key contributor to our future HRIS planning and implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Partner across 100+ offices to gather and standardize workforce data
  • Build executive dashboards and reporting templates
  • Track critical KPIs—headcount, turnover, compliance, DEI, advisor and shareholder growth statistics, and more
  • Translate trends into insights to support leadership and integration planning
  • Shape future HRIS design by informing system needs from the ground
  • Integrate data from various broker partners into a central database.
  • Validate the accuracy of workforce data received from broker partners.
  • Ensure data is organized and easily accessible for analysis.
  • Analyze compiled data to identify trends and insights across broker partners.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workforce data collection processes.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate and timely data extracts and documentation.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 5–8 years in workforce analytics, people reporting, or business intelligence
  • Experience working with decentralized data or across business units without centralized systems
  • Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent); familiarity with SQL or similar tools is an asset
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across varied functions and geographies
  • Passion for building from the ground up, with strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and strong executive communication skills
  • Fluent communication skills including oral and written communication, public presentations, report and marketing document creation.
  • Post-secondary education in a Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics or applicable program.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple data sources and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
