Overview

Workers' Comp Associate Attorney – Must be based in California. Full-Time. Remote with occasional office meetings in Central California (Fresno), Inland Empire (Ontario), Los Angeles (El Segundo), East Bay (Oakland), Orange County (Fullerton), Northern California (Redding), Sacramento (Sacramento), San Diego (San Diego), Silicon Valley (San Jose), Westlake Village (Westlake Village).

Salary Range : $80, to $, annually, plus quarterly bonus opportunities

Role Overview :

Associate Attorneys are responsible for managing the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from start to finish, including all discovery and litigation phases. The role involves close collaboration with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Key Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor degree and an undergraduate degree.
