Overview

Here at Focus Cloud Group we are supporting a large industry leading organization in Canada who are looking to hire a 'Workday Tester' on a contract basis.

This client is live with Workday but have some exciting projects in the pipeline and need a Tester with Kainos Smart Test tool experience to support ongoing implementations (Workday HCM suite). You will be building and executing test cases in Kainos Smart Test, collaborating with stakeholders during UAT phase and working closely with project teams to ensure high quality delivery of Workday functionalities.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Workday testing skills including building and executing test cases in Kainos Smart Test, experience in Workday HCM modules, and strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

This is a full time contract starting asap and running through December 2025, with likely extension through April 2026. Candidates must be based in or around Brampton, ON, Canada as there will be 1-2 days in the office each week to support the project through important phases.

Employer - large industry leading organization

Type - 3 month contract (extension through April 2026 likely)

Rate - up to C$80 p / h, sweet spot is C$60 p / h

Working model - 1 to 2 days in the office each week
