We are working on an exciting Workday transformation with one of Canada’s most prominent organizations. As part of a high-impact team, we're looking for a Workday Test Lead who brings both leadership and deep functional testing knowledge – especially in integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end integration testing stream within a major Workday deployment
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in line with overall project goals
• Coordinate across internal teams and external implementation partners (Kainos Worksmart)
• Develop test strategies, manage test cycles, and oversee defect resolution
• Deliver updates to project leadership and support key milestones through to go-live

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Proven experience leading Workday testing, especially integration-focused streams

Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday testing methodologies

Previous experience with Kainos Worksmart is a must.

Ability to manage stakeholders and navigate enterprise environments

Available to be onsite in Brampton one day a week
