Fanshawe College is undergoing a multi-phase ERP transformation via Fanshawe One powered by Workday, aimed at modernizing core administrative systems. The project includes phases for Core HCM and Finance, Advanced Planning, and Student modules. We have created a Sustainment Team to support these modules post-implementation, ensuring smooth operations, continuous improvement, and user support.
Role Summary: Under the general direction of the Workday Sustainment Lead - HCM, the Analyst supports configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday HR modules. Responsibilities include assisting with HR projects, integrating Workday into workflows, managing employee data, generating reports, conducting system testing, and supporting operational processes and end-users.
