  • Business group: The Group Functions Technology Team supports corporate functions such as HR, Finance, and Risk Management, providing technological support to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment.

We seek a Senior Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in IT projects, especially in HR technology like Workday and ADP. The candidate will work closely with HR partners to implement and manage these systems, requiring 7-10 years of project management experience and proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Skills Needed:

  • 7-10 years of technical project management experience in IT projects.
  • Experience with HR technologies (Workday and ADP).
  • PMP and CSM certifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Jira and API integration.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and SaaS tool integrations is a plus.
