Join our dedicated team of experienced post-production Workday professionals and become part of our dynamic, fast-paced, Integrations Continuous Value Services (CVS) consulting practice. The ideal candidate for the Workday Integration CVS Consultant position is passionate about client success. You love the challenge of solving complex inter-system problems and want to develop SaaS, SOA, web service expertise. You will enable our customers to maximize their investment in Workday by optimizing integration operations, augmenting existing system functionality, and deploying new integrations to meet their evolving needs. As a Workday Integration CVS Consultant, you will bring your technical skills, ability to keep the business context in sight, and a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic to a team with a positive, can-do attitude, a collaborative culture, and a passion for helping our customers succeed. Responsibilities:

  1. Execute day-to-day activities of Workday integrations support for various customer contracts, including staff augmentation, ad-hoc support, and project delivery.
  2. Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns to project management.
  3. Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
  4. Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
  5. Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of integration configuration decisions.
  6. Become a Workday Integrations expert with deep knowledge of core functionality, while building understanding of Financials, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules, as well as future product directions.
  7. Mentor other consultants by actively sharing product knowledge to grow our practice.
  8. Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to establish requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and configure, test, and deploy integration solutions.
Skills & Requirements:
  1. Passion for exceptional customer service.
  2. Holds an active Workday Integration Certification.
  3. Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role using SOA tools.
  4. Proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.).
  5. B.A./B.S. in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  6. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively manage customer expectations.
  7. Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple clients and operate in a dynamic, growing ecosystem with minimal supervision.
