What Are Our Expectations?

We seek a Workday Extend Senior Developer to join our HR Technology team. You will support and enhance Workday Extend applications, collaborate with HR business units, and ensure successful integration of new features.

Daily Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Workday Extend functionalities.
• Support resolution of production issues in Workday Extend.
• Gather requirements and implement new functionalities.
• Create and enhance applications using PMD Scripting, Orchestration, APIs.
• Communicate system changes and outages to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate solutions and prototypes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years in HR systems.
• 4+ years in a Workday environment.
• 3+ years with Workday Extend & Studio.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of Workday Extend, Core Integrations, Studio.
• Proficiency in PMD Scripting, Orchestration, REST & SOAP APIs.
• Advanced report writing, Calculated Fields, Data Conversion.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Workday certifications in Integration Core and Extend & Studio.
• Experience with JSON, XML, XSLT, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
