About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Workday Consultant to join our clients' ERP implementation team. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Workday HCM and Financial Management, and strong technical skills in systems integration and API development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement and optimize Workday HCM and Financial Management modules.
• Design and develop integrations between Workday and external systems such as Microsoft CRM, banking solutions, and benefits platforms.
• Leverage Workday APIs to automate business processes and extend platform capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support during go-live and post-production phases.
• Assist in building internal Workday competency through knowledge transfer and documentation.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IM / IT, including 5+ years of recent experience with Workday HCM and Financial Management.
• 2+ years of recent experience coding and integrating Workday with external systems.
• 2+ years of experience leveraging APIs to enable seamless integrations and automate processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft.
• Prior involvement in ERP transformation projects.
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
