Our mission is to make every day better for our employees.

Role Summary :

As a Workday Configuration Consultant within the Global HR Employee Experience Team, you will drive innovation and improvements in the Employee Experience, advocating for our HR technology solutions. You will be a domain expert, actively staying connected with Workday developments and HR technologies to ensure the best possible outcomes. With a focus on learning and applying new technologies, you will contribute to a vision that aligns with our strategy and goals.

You will utilize your technical expertise to identify risks, develop solutions, and communicate those solutions effectively to clients. You will also address both global and local nuances while creating technology solutions that support the organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a solution domain expert, supporting the discovery, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and post-implementation of HR system enhancements.
  • Provide technical support in creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards in various HR tools (e.g., Workday, JIRA) to support clients and the Advanced Analytics team.
  • Manage configuration, testing, and implementation of system upgrades while ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
  • Create and maintain detailed configuration documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Balance multiple concurrent projects, working with cross-functional teams and leading expectations and impact on end users.
  • Partner with key customers to manage cyclical activities (e.g., Performance Cycles, Annual Compensation Cycles, Goal Setting), leading improvements and problem-solving related to processes.
  • Assist with impact assessments, regression testing, and communication plans in a supporting role.
  • Stay ahead of the latest advancements in Workday and HR technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements / Must-Have Skills :

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
  • Experience supporting HR programs and cyclical events in areas such as Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Time and Absence.
  • Experience in a large global organization, able to implement solutions under tight timelines while prioritizing effectively.
  • Proven experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information in compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Experience with ADP Global View (PECI, PICOF, EXPR) is an asset.
  • Familiarity with JIRA Case Management or similar applications is an asset.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is preferred.
  • Advanced experience in recruiting, time off, and time tracking configuration in Workday is preferred.
  • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills, including needs assessment, rapport building, and managing expectations through clear communication.
  • Strong technical acumen, judgment, and decision-making ability.
  • Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to build skills in new areas.
  • Solid understanding of data—how to obtain, interpret, and use it for analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Consulting experience, including the ability to present complex functionality and influence decision-making.
  • Critical thinking skills to address root causes of issues and propose future-proof solutions.
  • Ability to mentor and share knowledge within the team on Workday configuration.
  • Commitment to upholding ethics, data privacy, and compliance policies.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).

  • Ideal Candidate :

The ideal candidate will have experience in a large global financial organization, particularly those with operations in Asia.
