We’re especially interested in those with active or previous Workday implementation certifications, solid hands-on configuration experience, and a strong understanding of best practices. Responsibilities may include:

• Leading or supporting full-cycle Workday implementations across one or more workstreams
• Configuring and testing Workday modules based on client needs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Providing post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
• Advising clients on Workday best practices and process improvements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience
• Active or previous Workday implementation certification in any functional or technical workstream
• Deep configuration knowledge in your specialty (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Financials, Integrations)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting
