As a Workday Benefits Lead atKainos, you’ll be a lead consultant responsible for implementing and configuring Workday solutions for our global customer base.
As a benefits expert in a team of consultants, you will manage relationships with our customersand shape and deliver solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable. You’ll provide excellent consulting and guidance to customers bytruly understanding their business.
You’ll be an expert in the benefitscapability anduseyour technical and professional expertise to mentor and guide otherteam members as well as toprovidethought leadership.
Minimum (Essential) Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Benefits Lead for Workday implementations
Deep knowledge of the Workday Benefits module; experience with additional modules like the Core HCM modules or Payroll a plus.
Manage system configuration, security, and business process design for Workday Benefits
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security setup
Exceptional understanding of and experience in Workday delivery methodologies
Excellent customer management experience working with stakeholders at all levels in customer organizations with the ability to formally present to client audiences
Able, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region (minimal out of region travel may also be required)
Ability to work with different functional & technical consultants to understand cross functional dimensions of Workday configuration
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desirable:
Develop and deliver products/offerings and services that differentiate Kainos in the marketplace
Identify talent for rapid development within the capability
Experience of managing, mentoring and developing teams
REQUIRED:
Workday certification in HCM, Launch, and Benefits
