Qualifications

As a Workday Analyst, you will lead new Workday feature releases and contribute to the Workday platform (HCM, Security, Benefits, Time-Off, Compensation, etc.). This is also a unique opportunity as a lead subject matter expert working in projects from discovery, design to go-live and support.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, with a highly collaborative team, opportunities to learn, grow, and most importantly, make an impact!

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT team members to ensure successful project and enhancement delivery
  • Design, develop, configure, and test Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT) utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer
  • Proactively work to improve reporting (value-add, efficiency, quality, speed) and delivery processes
  • Troubleshoot system behavior anomalies, determine root cause, and implement appropriate technical resolutions
  • Support the configuration and implementation of system modules, data feeds, and continuous improvements of HRIS (Workday) to support organizational and People & Culture operational objectives
  • Work directly with People Services Team, liaise with broader People and Culture community, and Finance/IT team members for all employee transactional process reviews including enhancements within HRIS (Workday)
  • Identify and explore opportunities for Workday to improve the everyday experience of colleagues
  • Plan and execute Workday releases and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Follow change management processes, including creation and review of change requests
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Provide operational support as required after-hours and on weekends
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience administering HRIS, Core HCM, Timekeeping/Absence
  • 2 years of experience developing, configuring, testing Workday Reporting suite including BIRT
  • Workday HCM Certification plus additional certifications preferred
  • Knowledge of Web Services, Core Connectors, Worksheets, and EIBs
  • Experience with Workday Studio integrations is a strong asset
  • Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent
  • Advanced Excel skills with large data sets
  • Understanding of HR functional areas related to HRIS
  • Troubleshooting end-user and system interface issues
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
