Cameco Corporation is seeking a qualified professional for a twelve-month temporary position in Saskatoon to strengthen work management practices across Canadian operations. You will develop, implement, and improve work management processes, standards and performance measures to help reliably manage physical assets.

Working with site teams and corporate functions, you will provide guidance, coach staff, and ensure effective execution while supporting SAP Plant Maintenance and related systems

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field is required.
• Five to eight years of relevant experience in maintenance and/or work management processes are preferred.
• Experience using SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) or a comparable ERP/EAM system.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coach, influence and work with diverse levels of staff.
• Willingness to work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft.

• Provide work management and maintenance management expertise and support to site teams and corporate departments.
• Support development, implementation and continuous improvement of work management processes and performance measures.
• Coach and support employees involved in work management processes to ensure understanding and effective execution.
