Your Impact : As a Customer Relations Associate, you’ll work in a collaborative environment with the goal of making a positive impact on people's day. We will train you to become an expert in delivering excellent customer experiences. Your responsibilities include fielding billing inquiries, identifying customer needs, addressing concerns, processing payments, and exercising emotional intelligence to enhance customer satisfaction. What does a day in the life of a Customer Care Representative look like?

  • Communicate with customers via inbound calls regarding billing, payments, services, promotions, and service changes.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening to answer questions, troubleshoot, or recommend products based on needs.
  • Own and resolve customer issues with a consultative approach.
  • Use multiple systems to research products, services, and solutions.
  • Document interactions and outcomes, creating requests if issues cannot be resolved immediately.
  • Create a "WOW" factor in every interaction through exceptional communication, ownership, and prompt service.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions to meet performance indicators.

Requirements

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You can work between 7 AM and 12 AM EST with flexibility for changing business needs.
  • You have at least 6 months of customer service experience and value coaching/feedback.
  • You have troubleshooting experience and take ownership of resolutions.
  • You demonstrate a caring, supportive, and friendly demeanor with confidence and urgency.
  • You are computer savvy, comfortable at a desk with multiple monitors.
  • You are results-oriented, able to recommend solutions.
  • You possess excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • You are comfortable working from home with a suitable space and a hard-wired internet connection.
