We’re looking for motivated and energetic Account Executives to join our team at JumpCrew, where we help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) grow through digital advertising on a leading social media platform.

In this role, you’ll focus on net-new advertiser acquisition—reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their first campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers
  • Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus
  • Strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach
What You Get

Performance Metrics
  • Activate at least 20 new business advertisers per month
  • Drive an average spend of $1,000+ per activated advertiser
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene
  • Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser readiness
Mandatory Requirements
  • At least 2 years of validatable sales experience
  • No active contract with another gig while working for JumpCrew X
  • Willing to undergo a comprehensive background check
  • Comfortable with outbound sales, sourcing new leads, and consultative selling
