Qualifications

Job description

We’re looking for motivated and energetic Account Executives to join our team at JumpCrew, where we help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) grow through digital advertising on a leading social media platform.

In this role, you’ll be focused on net-new advertiser acquisition—reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns.

Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers

  • Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales a plus strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach

What You Get

  • Earn base pay ($24 CAD / hr) + commission.¹

  • Certification only takes 7 days
  • This Gig is worked from the comfort of your own home.
  • This is a 32 hours a week minimum gig from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm EST. You're allowed and welcome to work more hours if you'd like to.²

Performance Metrics

  • Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month.
  • Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene.
  • Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness.

Mandatory Requirements

  • This opportunity is open to Applicants who are able to present at least 2 years of validatable sales experience.
  • Applicants must not have any active contract with a different gig while working for JumpCrew X.
  • Applicants must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit and Employment Check)
  • This is an outbound sales role. Identified Applicants must be able to do consultative selling to already existing leads and must also be comfortable sourcing new leads
