Responsibilities:

• Help clients complete their tax returns using TurboImpôt products, providing guidance and reviewing their personal tax filings.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers and communicate them clearly to clients.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role involving the use of advanced video communication tools to interact with clients and maintaining detailed records of all interactions.

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 2 years paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide your CRA RepID for client representation services.
• Experience with professional tax software handling complex personal tax situations.
• Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfort interacting via video and audio tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with at least 20 hours per week.

Additional qualifications:

• Experience with Business (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong tax knowledge and commitment to continuous learning.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
• Resourcefulness and curiosity for ongoing learning.
