Responsibilities:

• Help clients complete their tax returns using TurboImpôt and other products.
• Provide tax guidance and review personal tax returns, including complex situations such as employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, foreign income, and various credits and deductions.
• Assist clients by providing clear explanations and ensuring their understanding.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers.
• Document interactions accurately in our software.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide CRA RepID for client representation.
• Experience with professional tax software and complex tax situations.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally via video and audio tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with at least 20 hours per week.

Preferred:

• Experience preparing Business (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.
