You will be the expert in educating, promoting, retaining and building value in our personal benefit plans over the phone and online. You will assess individual needs and offer client-focused solutions.

  • Full time, work from home position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 pm.

Role Responsibilities

  • Working in an inbound and outbound contact center, you will support customers in making decisions around personal benefit plans that best meet their needs.
  • Build rapport, foster trust, and create value through your customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and delivery of the sales process.
  • Display business acumen, including product diversification and commitment to wellness solutions.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.

Role Qualifications:

  • Self-directed, energetic, and a strong sense of accountability. Perform high quality work and complete tasks on time.
  • Excellent communication skills focused on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, including handling objections and making prompt decisions.
  • Strength in the areas of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Have or obtaining an Accident & Sickness and Life License by successfully completing the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP), subsequent exams, and successful completion of a criminal background check.
