Job Duties:

1. Prepare and cook complete meals or specialty foods
2. Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of the establishment
3. Consult with clients regarding specialty functions
4. Estimate food and labor costs, and food requirements
5. Plan menus and ensure food and service meet quality standards
6. Manage activities of sous-chefs, cooks, and kitchen helpers
7. Hire and train new kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
8. Take control of kitchen equipment purchases and repairs

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
