Position Info:

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $34.62 ~ $36.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 2

Job Duties:

1. Establish and direct food preparation and cooking activities of the restaurant.
2. Plan menus and ensure that foods meet quality standards.
3. Estimate food requirements and costs.
4. Supervise activities of cooks.
5. Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
6. Participate in recruiting and hiring new staff.
7. Prepare and cook food on a regular basis.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
