Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual woodworking machinery.
• Operate wood saws, panel saws, and other wood-processing machinery.
• Make machine adjustments and perform tooling changes.
• Measure and cut wood panels, boards, and other materials according to production requirements.
• Operate and monitor CNC/NC equipment as required.
• Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, cut lists, and specifications.
• Use calipers, tape measures, and other measuring tools for quality checks.
• Complete production documentation and computer data entry.
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Follow safety procedures, PPE, SOPs, and 5S standards
