Job summary

Toronto FC, in partnership with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE), invites a woman-identifying candidate to a full-time, 18-month fellowship in Toronto. You will rotate through Business Operations, Player Personnel, Team Operations, Media Relations, Game Presentation, MLSE Foundation, and Academy Operations.

The program offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure across multiple departments, with travel to events as needed.

Qualifications

• Self-identify as a woman.
• Have completed post-secondary education in sport business or a related field.
• Have 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a business capacity.
• Demonstrate curiosity and a strong desire to learn.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills.
• Be available for full-time, onsite, 18-month Fellowship (January 2027 to June 2028).

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Business Operations, including Global Partnerships and Ticketing.
• Rotations in Player Personnel (Roster/Cap Management, Scouting, Analytics).
• Rotations in Team Operations.
• Rotations in Media Relations.
• Rotations in Game Presentation.
• Rotations in MLSE Foundation.
• Rotations in TFC 2 & Academy Operations.
