DESCRIPTION OF THE WOMEN+ BURSARY:*The Women+ Bursary is part of our initiative to support and inspire individuals who identify as Women+ to pursue careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or skilled trades. Through this program, we aim to help break barriers, promote gender diversity, and cultivate a brighter future.

*Includes (but is not necessarily limited to) cisgender women and non-binary, two-spirit, transgender, and genderfluid persons

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:• Identifies as Women+
• Enrolled full-time or part-time in a recognized STEM or skilled trades program in Canada

Upload your most recent academic transcript or an acceptance letter from an eligible post-secondary program.

Valid Identification(Upload to the Additional Documents section)

Provide a copy of a valid identification card.

Personal Introduction(Upload to the Cover Letter section or email if submitting a video)

Submit a personal introduction in one of the following formats:

• Written (1 page): Introduce yourself, explain what your Women+ identity means to you, and describe how this bursary will support your career ambitions. Upload the written version to the Cover Letter section.

• Video (3–5 minutes): If you prefer to submit a video introduction, please email it to DEI@primaryeng.com

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL:
Be studying in a STEM or skilled trades program
• Demonstrate an interest in Primary’s areas of business
• Be considered for a co-op opportunity, offering practical experience and mentorship, at one of Primary’s twelve offices
