Job Description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for all operational aspects of all food and beverage units in their respective area.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communicate with the Director of Revenue on all aspects of the Food & Beverage Department.
2. Assist team members in all phases of unit operation.
3. Ensure all stands and carts have receipt folders and are ready to operate at opening times.
4. Ensure all receipt folders are returned and units are properly shut down at closing.
5. Monitor equipment for failures and malfunctions.
6. Oversee team grooming and uniform standards.
7. Check equipment before leaving at night to ensure everything is turned off.
8. Ensure staff takes required breaks and shift changes are properly executed.
9. Comply with Ministry of Labor and Local Public Health parameters.
10. Maintain quality and portion control standards for all food and beverage items.
11. Continuously train and coach team members.
12. Work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and be available Monday through Sunday.
13. Maintain park standards and enforce policies and procedures.
14. Monitor equipment and facilities for proper maintenance.
15. Ensure team compliance with company values and mission.
16. Maintain cleanliness of patios, counters, and units at all times.
17. Supervise food production, service, sanitation, and guest service.
18. Perform other duties as assigned to support the park and Food Service department.

Other Functions

Perform any additional duties necessary to support the Revenue Department and the park. Management reserves the right to modify duties as circumstances change.

Physical Demands

The physical demands include sitting, standing, walking for long periods, working outdoors, manual dexterity, occasional kneeling, bending, lifting up to 60 pounds, and carrying up to 100 pounds with assistance. The environment may include exposure to weather, wetness, noise, chemicals, heights, and other hazards. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
