OSL Retail Services Inc. is seeking a Wireless Manager in Bowmanville, ON. You will lead a retail team, drive sales results, and ensure superior customer experiences at our partnered Walmart Canada wireless kiosks.

The role demands hands-on leadership, performance coaching, and strong budget/forecasting skills. We offer a competitive base salary of $48,000-$51,000 with commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus benefits, RRSP matching, paid vacation, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Lead a retail team to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
• Experience in wireless/electronics is a definite asset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment standards is a plus.
