Job summary

OSL Retail Services Inc. in Squamish, BC, is hiring a Wireless Manager to lead a fast-growing wireless kiosk team partnered with Walmart Canada.

You will drive sales, coach staff, manage budgets and ensure excellent customer experiences while working evenings and weekends. A $1,000 signing bonus is included, with a base salary of $55,000–$60,000 CAD per year plus commissions and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics is a definite asset.
• Proven ability to drive Team, Sales Results and Service, with operational effectiveness.
• Solid track record of managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics.
• Experience with recruitment, coaching, HR, and Canadian employment standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills – we’re selling communications!
• Good customer service instincts: action to help first, eye for detail, problem solver.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
