Responsibilities

• Actively engage mall shoppers following the sales process.
• Maintain a prospect list using our CRM tool.
• Be an ambassador for WOW! and the brands represented.
• Provide personalized, unbiased product recommendations.
• Manage inventory, receiving, signing and security of stock.
• Operate cash, POS and inventory systems during store hours.
