Job summary

The Mobile Shop inside Real Atlantic Superstore in Canada is seeking Sales Representatives (Mobilists) to guide customers toward optimal phone and rate plan choices that fit their lifestyles. You will work in a retail setting within a Loblaw-owned brand operated by Glentel Inc., with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Competitive commissions ($50,000–$60,000 total), a Maternity Leave Top-Up, extended health and dental coverage, RRSP matching, and a family assistance program support

Qualifications

• Experience guiding customers to choose phones and rate plans.
• Ability to work in a busy retail environment.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage Loblaw shoppers to offer mobile, home and business solutions from leading brands.
• Promote the PC Optimum loyalty program to help customers earn and redeem points.
• Become a Mobile Expert, staying up-to-date on devices, promos and pricing.
• Meet and exceed sales targets with uncapped commissions.
