Job summary

The Mobile Shop, located inside Real Canadian Superstore, is seeking Mobilists to guide customers toward optimal phone and rate plan options that fit their lifestyles. You will engage Loblaw shoppers with top mobile brands and leverage the PC Optimum program for savings.

Join a growing national telecom team backed by Bell, Rogers, and industry partners, with uncapped commissions and a strong benefits package. Training and development are provided to help you reach your full potential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Loblaw shoppers to offer the latest mobile, home, and business solutions from leading brands such as Bell, Virgin Plus, Lucky, Rogers, PC Mobile, Fido, and Chatr Mobile tailored to their lifestyle.
• Leverage PC Optimum loyalty program to help customers earn and redeem points for savings on purchases in store, groceries, fuel, and more.
• Become a Mobile Expert by mastering carrier offerings, promotions, and pricing while staying up to date on devices and industry trends to clearly communicate features.
• Achieve sales targets with unlimited commissions; tailor mobile solutions to customers and drive store performance.
