Partnering directly with TruConnect, you\'ll be on the front lines, bringing essential wireless services to new customers and impacting communities.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers at community events and partnered retailers
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of TruConnect wireless services during the sales enrollment process
  • Guide customers through the sign-up, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new customer activations
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding all TruConnect offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries professionally
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills
  • Accurately record customer information and sales data
Qualifications
  • Proven Wireless Sales Representative experience is highly advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using mobile devices and sales software
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Bilingualism (Spanish/English) is a plus
