That’s why we’re looking for a results-driven, hands-on manager to manage and develop a team of talented experts to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Retail management experience – in wireless or electronics, a definite asset
  2. Proven ability to drive Team, Sales Results and Service, with operational effectiveness
  3. Solid track record of managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics
  4. Experience with recruitment, coaching, HR, and Canadian employment standards
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills – we’re selling communications!
  6. Good customer service instincts: Action to help first, eye for detail, problem solver
  7. Ability to work evenings and weekends
