Asset Care & Equipment Management : Ensure all team equipment, tools, vehicles, and handheld devices are inspected, maintained, accounted for, and properly secured at shift end.

Safety, Compliance & Risk Management : Lead daily Toolbox safety meetings, enforce strict SWP/SJP adherence and mandatory PPE compliance, and complete all safety, incident, and hazard reports.

Mobile Tech & Site Logging : Utilize mobile applications (e.g., Aspire, Asset Tiger, SiteDocs) to log daily site entries, verify work completions, upload photos, track timekeeping, and communicate site progress to Field Supervisors and Dispatch.

Team Culture & Operational Excellence : Promote high standards of workmanship, foster a positive, supportive team environment, and drive a strong safety culture.

Skills: Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean abstract (required), safe operation of sidewalk clearing equipment, and intermediate proficiency using smartphone operational apps for site/safety logging.

Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform heavy physical labour, work outdoors in extreme winter conditions, maintain flexible availability for long/on-call hours (early mornings, days, nights, weekends, holidays), and demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills under challenging conditions.
