Job summary

RBC Insurance in Mississauga is offering winter co-ops across Digital and Communications roles. Under the guidance of Sales Communications Managers, you will provide timely communication and training support for RBC Insurance channels and products.

Using a variety of mediums, your primary responsibilities include writing, editing, and creating engaging messaging and designs that increase the capability and effectiveness of our sales force.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in communications/marketing/social media.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate skills in graphic design, video production and/or photography.
• Strong time-management and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• French considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop communications and training resources for RBCI sales forces, including sales materials/tools, campaigns, presentations, training content, videos, infographics.
• Provide design support while ensuring consistency with enterprise brand standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate the distribution of communications and training resources and manage repositories.
• Grow collaborative relationships within Sales & Distribution and with key partners.
• Contribute to policies, processes and standards, including measurement.
• Support special projects, as assigned.
