Job summary

Manulife is hiring in Halifax to support account opening and review new applications for completeness, following established procedures, monitoring queues, and resolving basic discrepancies. You will help ensure timely service for Advisors, customers and internal partners.

• Support account opening activities by following established procedures and operational guidelines.
• Monitor workflow queues and assist in maintaining service level commitments.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and administrative requirements with internal business partners.
• Research and resolve basic application discrepancies, escalating complex issues as required.
• Maintain accurate records and update information within internal systems.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement activities.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for Advisors, customers, and internal partners

Salary range is expected to be between:

$43,875.00 CAD - $57,520 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work-term.
