Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring contractor activities at project sites and track construction progress
• Support project managers with schedule, budget, and project administration tasks
• Coordinate communication between engineering, operations, maintenance and construction teams
• Maintain project documentation in SharePoint and other PM systems
• Participate in project meetings, site visits, and preparation of meeting records
• Support project closeout and reporting activities
