Job summary

Wine Rack is seeking a friendly Wine Merchant to deliver exceptional customer service in our Toronto store. You will handle POS transactions, merchandising tasks, and assist with receiving shipments while learning about Arterra’s award-winning wines.

You are 19+ with Smart Serve, able to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and friendly in a team environment. This role offers a fun culture and opportunities for wine education.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Willing to work in a fun, team environment.
• Engage with customers enthusiastically.
• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks.
• Meet and exceed shift targets.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 19 years of age or older; High School or equivalent education required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 21 kilograms.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the Wine Rack location.
• Handle POS transactions and merchandising tasks.
• Receive shipments and replenishment to maintain shelves.
• Meet and exceed shift targets and contribute to a team environment.
