Job Title: Windows End-point Deployment Analyst
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Location:Regina, SK
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Job Overview:- Our client is seeking an experienced Windows End-Point Deployment Analyst to support a large-scale, mission-critical enterprise environment.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of standardized Windows desktop environments, leveraging tools like SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Active Directory.
- This position requires strong technical expertise, hands-on deployment experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop infrastructure issues in a high-availability 24x7 operational setting.
Mandatory Requirements (Pass/Fail):- Minimum five (5) years of experience in desktop engineering or a related field supporting an enterprise environment with over 1,000 endpoints.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Possession of a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License at the time of application.
- Must be available to work full-time and on-site during regular business hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and manage SCCM/MECM environments, including co-management with Intune.
- Develop and maintain standardized Windows 11 desktop images.
- Design and implement patch management strategies and application deployment methods.
- Create and manage Windows application packages using MSI and MSIX technologies.
- Utilize Microsoft SQL for scripting, query development, and reporting.
- Design and manage Active Directory Group Policies for end-user computing environments.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop hardware.
- Resolve complex technical issues through Tier 2 support and advanced diagnostics.
- Ensure desktop environments remain stable, secure, and up to date in a 24x7 operation.
- Collaborate with other IT functions to support the enterprise endpoint strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:- Demonstrated proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Office 365 administration.
- Experience supporting Lenovo desktop and notebook hardware.
- Familiarity with Client ruggedized Toughbooks or other semi-rugged devices.
- Strong knowledge of network connectivity and endpoint troubleshooting techniques.
- Previous experience in a mobile workforce or pool resource model is an asset.

- This position requires full-time, on-site attendance in Regina, SK.
