We manage all aspects of our clients' projects from the creative concept through the ordering process and installation.

Our shop-at-home category is growing rapidly, and we need to build a team of talented designers to provide top-quality service to our customers. If you are currently an interior designer, recently graduated from a design program, making a career change and want to learn a new trade, or have some selling experience and an interest in design, this training and development profile may be just for you.

Do you have a burning desire to be successful, earning a great income without sacrificing quality of life? If you are creative, organized, driven, passionate about design, sales, and building lifetime customer relationships, you have what it takes to join our window covering sales team.

As a Window Covering Sales and Design Consultant, you would work on the road, visiting customers (in-person and virtually), offering expert advice, and selling our products using innovative digital selling tools and processes that are constantly improving. We also offer opportunities to get involved with strategic initiatives.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Making phone calls, creating, and developing sales presentations for prospective customers in-person and virtually.
  2. Quickly learning new product lines and processes.
  3. Planning and organizing your personal sales strategy to maximize return on investment for your territory or sector.
  4. Helping customers decide on color, style, texture, and functionality of window coverings.
  5. Returning calls from customers and administration promptly.
  6. Managing contacts, appointments, and priorities using our system.
  7. Working independently and doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
  8. Business development and seeking new sales opportunities.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A passion for design, sales, and building lifetime customer relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and time management skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or coursework is preferred.
  • In-home or outside sales experience, preferably in custom products/services or virtual selling.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and ability to learn new technology and systems.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance coverage.
