Job summary

Cascadia Windows & Doors in the Greater Vancouver Area is hiring a Window Installer to install high‑performance windows and doors across North Vancouver and surrounding communities.

The role requires 1–3 years of installation experience, ability to read blueprints, and comfort with heights and scaffolding. You will contribute to energy‑efficient building envelopes and ensure meticulous foaming and caulking.

Qualifications

• Construction experience and knowledge of installation practices for windows & doors.
• 1-3 years of window and door installation experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience caulking, sheathing & detailing building envelopes.
• Able to read blueprints and work order specifications.
• Comfortable working with heights and scaffolding.
• Honest, reliable, professional, and a problem solver.
• Positive attitude and the ability to take direction.
• Self-motivated and proud of workmanship.
• Open to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Determine layout and installation procedures.
• Measure and mark guidelines for installation.
• Installation of high-performance windows and doors.
• Meticulous foaming and caulking.
• Envelope detailing, in keeping with modern best practices.
• General labour, as required.

The Window Installer is responsible for installing Cascadia's high-performance windows and doors throughout the Greater Vancouver Area.

Salary And Benefits

• Salary: $25.00 - $30.00/hour.
• 100% company-paid extended benefits package after 3 months.
• RRSP program after 2 years.
