Job summary

Durabuilt Windows & Doors, based in Edmonton, is seeking an assembler to join a dedicated production line. You will help manufacture high-quality windows and doors, work closely with teammates, and ensure products meet standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.

Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and thrive in a team setting. 1+ year manufacturing experience and English communication skills are required; familiarity with measuring tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective English communication, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with hand tools, saws, drills and riveting devices.
• Ability to read and follow production instructions and sequences.
• Comfortable with measurements in mm and inches.

Responsibilities

• Assemble windows and doors on a production line ensuring quality.
• Follow standard work processes and safety guidelines daily.
• Operate hand tools and basic machines as directed by the Line Lead.
• Maintain clean work area and report shortages or defects promptly.
• Record production data and complete related documents accurately.
• Collaborate with team to meet on-time production goals.
