As a Window Cleaning Technician, you’ll be working on residential and low-rise commercial properties, cleaning exterior and sometimes interior windows, screens, frames, and sills. You’ll represent our brand in the field, interacting professionally with customers and delivering results that shine—literally.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely clean exterior / interior windows using water-fed pole systems and traditional methods
• Set up and pack down ladders and gear
• Maintain equipment and ensure work vehicles are stocked
• Communicate with clients courteously and professionally
• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols
• Assist with occasional gutter cleaning and holiday lighting installs (seasonal)

Requirements

Valid G2 or G driver’s license and reliable transportation

Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors in various weather

Physically fit and able to lift 40+ lbs

Good communication and time management skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience is an asset, but not required (training provided)
