ANDRITZ Canada is seeking a winding supervisor to lead on-site stator/rotor winding activities for hydro generators. You will coordinate tooling, verify installation instructions, and provide technical support while ensuring quality through ITP records.
The role requires 5+ years in winding, an electrician diploma is a plus, and strong English/French communication. Expect a fast-paced environment with emphasis on teamwork and safety.
The winding supervisor will be responsible of all workers execution on site. He will make sure to prepare all instructions needed for project execution. The winding supervisor is also the resource for any technical questions, support and duties such as logistic, weekly report and any work assigned by the construction manager.
