Job summary

Nordex North America is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support Canadian service operations. The role ensures efficient storage, stocking, and distribution of materials, coordinating with field teams to maximize uptime and safety.

The ideal candidate will have warehousing experience, strong organizational skills, English fluency, and the ability to travel 25–50% across Canadian sites. A driving license is required and SAP/ERP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse operations in accordance with Nordex safety, quality, and 5S standards.
• Organize inventory, shelving, and storage locations to support efficient workflows and continuous improvement.
• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments and inventory.
• Verify quantities, serial numbers, documentation, and material conditions upon receipt.
• Prepare parts, tools, and equipment for shipment or field deployment.
• Support technicians by ensuring critical spare parts are available and staged for planned work.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records within ERP systems.
• Coordinate returns, scrap processes, waste management, and defective parts handling.
• Maintain warehouse tools, equipment, and facility assets, including inspection and maintenance coordination.
• Support health and safety initiatives, including daily safety meetings and warehouse inspections.
• Collaborate with Material Management and Operations teams to resolve inventory and logistics issues.
• Support other Service Points and regional warehouse operations as needed.
