Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Toronto, ON for a Wills & Estate Law Clerk. The Law Clerk will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication with clients and stakeholders, conducting legal research, and writing legal documents.

Prepare/draft/review wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents

Administer of estates, including preparing probate applications, affidavits, and other court documents.
